The last dealer I worked at (BMW) for a while paid 3 hrs for 4 tires and 3 hrs for alignments which is amazing. Then of course people would abuse it and sell tires and alignments on every car then they lowered it to 2.5 and 2.5 which is still amazing. By the time I left it was 2 and 2, def not the reason I left though haha.

i’m a tech for firestone and i get .6 for four tires. 1.2 for customer paid alignment, .8 for warranty alignments

Alignment labor time - 1.8hr cp. usually can get around 2.1 from warranty, but a lot more documentation is required.
