I’ve already encountered an issue with warranty claims. You must “run time” on the ticket, but you cannot run a health check before that. If warranty sees you did the health check before , they will reject it. No op code on the story, rejected. Our stories end up being a paragraph. All warranty work must include physical paper work when turned in. Typically consists of health check reports before and after. If they don’t see that either, at least at my dealer, they will reject as well. And the best part, it can be rejected if the “cause” for the failure is not what they want. We cannot simply put a part failed due to “manufacturer defect” haha
