- What you wish you knew before doing the job
- Also share stories about rejected claims, missing operations, underpaid diagnostic time, documentation that helped get a claim covered, or procedures that changed the final paid time.
The goal is to create a real-world Toyota/Lexus reference built by the techs actually doing the work.
